Help us ensure your site is perfectly prepared for your upcoming hardware upgrades.

We are currently planning your upcoming IT and server upgrades. The details you provide below help us get your equipment ready and lock in your installation dates.

Please fill this out as accurately as possible so our setup team has everything they need for a smooth installation.

    1. SITE & CONTACT DETAILS

    2. YOUR IT AREA & EQUIPMENT

⚠️ PLEASE READ: It is incredibly important to answer this accurately. If you have a cabinet but select "No", you won't be able to give us its measurements. This means our team might show up with new gear that physically won't fit inside your setup, causing major installation delays.

Take a quick look at your gear. If your equipment is sitting loose on a regular shelf, desk, or attached to the wall without a dedicated metal enclosure/box, select "No". If it is enclosed in a server rack or cabinet, select "Yes".

Before looking inside, please measure the outside of the cabinet box so we can check the overall physical space available in the room.

Please snap wide shots showing the entire setup from a distance so our engineers can evaluate structural spatial clearances.

    • What photos to take: Take one clear photo straight on showing the outside of the cabinet, and another showing the empty floor or wall space directly surrounding it.

    • What photos to take: Take clear, wide-angle photos of the room layout, shelf, cupboard interior, or wall area where your network hardware components currently reside.

    3. INTERNAL CABINET SIZES & VISUAL GUIDE

Now, open the cabinet or look closely at the internal mounting structure to grab these final details and specific technical references.

    A. Front to Back Rail Depth

(Measure from the front vertical rail to the very back vertical rail as shown above)

Show your measuring tape matching the length between the rails.

    B. Total Rack Spaces / Units (RU)

(Please count the slots using the guide above. The numbers are usually printed right on the front metal rails.)

Snap a close-up of the printed RU numbers along the front frame vertical rails.

    C. Internal Shelf Size

(If there is an internal shelf inside your cabinet holding equipment, please write its general size below)

Show us how hardware units are sitting loose on top of the sliding or fixed tray.

    D. Distance Between Rail Holes

(The side-by-side distance between the mounting holes on your adjustable rails)

Take a clear picture focused on the side grid hole sequence arrangement gaps.

    3. MINI-SWITCHES

(These are small network splitters usually located inside your main cabinet, under desks, or behind counters)

(Please snap a quick photo of any mini-switches running on-site)

    4. WI-FI COVERAGE & FLOOR PLANS

(Based on your daily operations, how does the signal perform?)

(Please upload a basic building floor plan or a simple hand-drawn map showing where your internet points are located)
